Visiting Supporters – Important Information
Valencia Basket informs visiting fans wishing to attend our games that tickets must be requested through Casademont Zaragoza.
In order to guarantee safety and proper coexistence between fanbases, the following will be mandatory:
- Tickets must be purchased exclusively in the areas designated for visiting supporters.
- All venue rules and instructions from security and event staff must be respected at all times.
The club reserves the right to relocate visiting supporters who have purchased tickets outside the designated away-fans area, as well as to deny access to or remove from the venue anyone who fails to comply with the regulations or behaves inappropriately.
Valencia Basket would like to thank all supporters for their cooperation in helping create a sporting event in an atmosphere of respect and cordiality.

Remember. If visiting supporters purchase tickets outside the areas expressly designated for them, the club reserves the right to relocate those seats to the visiting section or, if necessary, deny access to the venue if uncomfortable or hostile situations arise with local supporters.
